Thermowhey project was mentioned in the workshop on bioplastics from waste valorization held by OliPHA project in Pisa, in May 2014.
Markus Schmid, Fraunhofer IVV, reviewed some of his reserach results regarding the intermolecular interactions in whey protein and how those fuel into the Thermowhey development.
