Addressing samples from the project, Elodie Bugnicourt mentioned about the potential use of whey protein as safe and sustainable alternatives to standard plastics used for food containers in a TV interview.
Thermowhey demo in Serviplast
On November 22, the final general demonstration event of the project was held in Serviplast with presentations from both Catalan and German partners as well as local funding body and attendees from local packaging clusters but also other R&D actors and plastic converters.
